In 2013 ESTIDA was asked to design the interior for the New generation La Place restaurants. After many years the successful restaurant formula needed renewal, and for the first time the company chose to find external knowledge. In close cooperation with La Place founder Paul Bringmann, ESTIDA developed an interior plan in line with the renewed concept.

In the free flow transparency and authenticity are the dominant factors. The restaurant is more than ever a place for all audiences, where eating, drinking, meeting and working can take place simultaneously.
