Woonmall Alexandrium in Rotterdam needed a solid upgrade of public space and the hospitality units. ESTIDA developed a global vision of the public areas, added an island where an Apple Store was established, created an exhibition space where retailers show trends, information kiosks and a meeting place for visitors, and also renovated the hospitality and units on the ground floor
